Day-by-day (condensed)
Day 1 — Lima. Arrive anytime; welcome meeting.
Day 2 — Lima → Paracas/Nazca area. Southbound along the coast; optional Ballestas boat or Nazca Lines viewing.
Day 3 — Nazca → Arequipa. Desert landscapes to the “White City.”
Day 4 — Arequipa. Free time; Santa Catalina, viewpoints, markets.
Day 5 — Arequipa → Colca Canyon. High-altitude route to the canyon; village stops and hot springs options.
Day 6 — Colca → Cusco. Miradors at dawn for condors; travel to Cusco.
Day 7 — Cusco. City & nearby ruins; time to acclimatize.
Day 8 — Sacred Valley. Markets, terraces & living culture; overnight in the valley or Ollantaytambo.
Days 9–12 — Machu Picchu access. Choose the 4-day Inca Trail or train-based option to Aguas Calientes (availability/permits required).
Day 13 — Machu Picchu → Cusco. Citadel visit; return to Cusco.
Day 14 — Cusco. Depart anytime.
